We need more Power!

We met our first candidate this morning for the Web Developer role we’re hoping to fill here at Axle8. What we’re looking for is someone with real world experience in building cool and groovy B2C websites in a fun environment which doesn’t suffer from “stuffy corporate environment” syndrome that many workplaces in the City can be afflicted with.

He or she will be working closely with our resident tech guru @jinliew to initially construct some of the more basic web app functionality but we anticipate some more challenging and truly funky web and server elements to be integrated soon.

Our ideal fit would be someone with entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, self-starting and takes pride in what they create. This someone might even have bookmarked websites that they never actually use just because they are in awe of the website’s spartan simplicity or elegant sophistication. What we won’t be offering is a staff canteen or those funky theme name meeting rooms but what we will be offering is an opportunity to work in a small team where your input will be counted on and not ignored. No stodgy Waterfall here, we’re Agile. So if that sounds like a fit, please click on the link below and contact us.
